UF Email Login: MyUTK is an online portal for students, faculty, and staff of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. It provides access to a variety of online services, including email, course registration, grades, and financial aid information. 

Through MyUTK, students can also manage their class schedules, request transcripts, and access academic resources such as the university library’s online databases. 

Faculty and staff can use the portal to view their employment information, access human resources services, and submit grades.

  • Enter your Gatorlink username.

  1. Click on the link: https://my.ufl.edu/
  2. Once you click on the link above, you should be directed to the University of Florida’s homepage.
  3. From this page, you can access various links to many of the university’s services and resources.
  4. Click on the button labelled ‘access MYUFL’
  5. You will be directed to the login page where you will be prompted to enter your username and password.
  6. On your username box, you need to enter your Gatorlink username

Forgot Password

  1. Click on the link: https://account.it.ufl.edu/glam/rview
  2. The link will direct you to the reset password page.
  3. There are two ways of resetting your password; one option is Help desk assisted resetting and the second option is self service reset.
  4. To choose and proceed with the help desk assisted reset, you need to contact them first, they will provide you with a code (verification code) and then proceed to use this option by clicking the button “help desk assisted reset”
  5. To choose to proceed with the self-reset option, choose by clicking the button labelled ‘self-reset’
  6. You will be directed to a page where you will be prompted to enter your UFID and your Gatorlink user ID. Proceed by clicking next after successfully keying in the details requested.

How to set up UF Email Login on your Android phone

Do you want to set up UF Email on your Android-powered smartphone? Follow the steps below.

  1. Open the Gmail app and select the three horizontal lines in the top left corner of the search bar and then go to Settings. You should now see a list of your current email accounts. Select “Add Account”.
  2. On the next menu select “Exchange and Office 365
  3. Enter your email address in the form GatorLink@ufl.edu and then select the “Setup Manually” button.
  4. On the next screen type in your password in the corresponding field. Domain\username field should reflect your email address in the format GatorLink@ufl.edu. In the server field please type “outlook.office365.com”. Port should say 443 and SSL/TLS should be selected. Once all fields are filled out, press the “Next” button.
  5. The app will attempt to connect and if successful you should see a screen that says “Your account is ready to go“.

It will take a few minutes for your account to sync and bring in all of your email and calendar items.

How to install Gatormail on your iPhone

To set up UF Email on your iPhone, follow the steps below.

  1. Open the IOS settings menu and navigate to “Passwords and Accounts” in the left-hand column and then select “Add Account” in the right pane.
  2. On the next screen select “Microsoft Exchange”.
  3. Enter your email address in the form of “gatorlink@ufl.edu” and give your account a nickname and select “Next
  4. On the following pop-up please select “Configure Manually”.
  5. On the next screen, you will be prompted to fill out your email information. The email box should reflect your email address in the format “gatorlink@ufl.edu“. Type “outlook.office365.com” in the server box. Domain box should remain blank. The username field should have your email address in the format “gatorlink@ufl.edu“. Enter your password and then select the “Next” button.
  6. The app will then attempt to connect to your email. Once connected you will be able to select what type of info to sync.
