- Move down this page and click the Manage Account link.
- You will see the Comenity Bank website web page for the Ikea credit card. You may also access this web page directly at https://d.comenity.net/ikea/.
- You will find two options on this page.
- IKEA Projekt credit card
- IKEA Visa credit card
- Click the credit card link you currently have. You will be redirected to the Comenity account page for your Ikea credit card.
Login process:
i-Ikea Visa login:
- Visit the IKEA Credit Card Login Visa Comenity account page.
- Click the Sign In link just below the header. It will open a sign-in form.
- Enter your username and password and click the sign-in button to access your account.
i-Ikea Projekt login:
- Visit the Ikea Projekt Comenity account page.
- Click the Sign In link to open the login form.
- Now enter your username and password in this login form and press the Sign In button to access your Projekt card account.
Have You Forgotten Your IKEA Credit Card Login Username & Password?
- Open the Comenity IKEA Credit Card Login account selection page.
- Click on the Projekt card OR Visa card whichever you are using.
- On the next screen, click the sign-in link to open the login form.
- Click the Forgot Username and Password link located on the login form.
- Enter your card account number, ZIP code, and SSN, and click the Find my Account button.
- Verify your account. After the verification, you will get options to recover your username and reset your password.
How to Register a IKEA Credit Card Login Account
- Visit the Ikea Comenity account selection page and click the Ikea Visa link.
- On the next page, click the Register Now link located at the top right corner.
- First of all, you will have to verify your account information. Enter your card account number, ZIP code, and SSN, and click the Find my Account link.
- After the verification, you will see an online registration form on the next screen.
- Fill out this form and create a new username and password that will be used to log in every time.
How to Pay Your IKEA Credit Card Login Bill
Online:
- Go to the IKEA website.
- Scroll to the bottom menu and choose “IKEA Credit Cards.”
- Select the IKEA Visa card or the IKEA Projekt card.
- Click the “Apply Now” button for your chosen card.
- Follow the onscreen prompts.

Credit card payments can be made online by calling the IKEA Visa Signature customer care system at 1-866-518-3990.
Online payments must be submitted by 5 p.m. EST on the due date to avoid a late fee.
- Via mail:
Cardholders have the option to make IKEA credit card payments by mail. Payments must be made by check or money order — not cash — for the minimum amount due. The check or money order and payment coupon should be mailed to the address that appears on the payment coupon.
